AIL Forge Steel Valves are of rugged & compact design and offered in the size range 8mm to 50mm (1/4" to 2").

CONSTRUCTION

AIL Forged Steel Gate valves have a rising stem and Globe valves have a rising handwheel. The position of the stem or handwheel helps in identifying whether the valve is in Closed or Open position.

Flanged valves are supplied with welded on flanges made of the same material as the body material. The flanges are drilled to Class 600

    SEATING SURFACE

    AIL Forged Steel Valves are offered with the following seating surface (of trim) to suit a variety of services.

    END CONECTION

    Valves are offered with screwed, socket weld and flanged ends to the following standards:
    Screwed NPT as per ASME/ANSI B1.20.1
    BSPT as per BS 21
    BSP PI. as per BS 2779
    Socketweld ASME/ANSI B16.11
    Flanged ASME/ANSI B16.5 Class 600 for Gate Valves; BS 1560 Class 600 for globe and check valves
    Raised face (RF) spirally serrated to 125 - 250 Ra (AARH)
