
Audco India complies with all codes and standards applicable to the products manufactured by the Company. It is committed to maintaining high standards of quality in conformance with customer specifications.
To achieve and maintain these standards, the Company has established a comprehensive quality assurance system. This is backed by an audit encompassing design, manufacture, assembly, testing, examination, packing and shipping in accordance with the latest standards and specifications.
Each departmental head at Audco India is responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance systems. The effectiveness of the entire system is ensured by the participation of all employees who, in one way or other, contribute to the high quality of every product from Audco India.
The Company's laboratories are equipped for chemical analysis, mechanical testing and metallurgical examination. In-house facilities are used for radiography, crack detection by magnetic particle, dye penetrant and ultrasonic examination. Hydrostatic testing and helium leak detection ensure the integrity of assembled products and provide a final audit of their safety.
Periodic inspection of jigs and fixtures, master gauges and calibration of measuring instruments, pressure gauges and pyrometers are part of the Company's quality assurance procedure. On request, Audco India offers its products to independent authorities for inspection and pressure testing.

The pressure containing parts of all the valves are stamped with the foundry identification marks and heat numbers. Valve test certificates provide the correlating heat numbers, along with chemical analysis and mechanical properties of pressure containing parts.
Every individual valve manufactured at AIL is inspected and pressure tested to API 598/BS 6755 Part 1 requirements for which Test Certificates are provided.

Low pressure test for Swing Check valves:
In addition to the high pressure closure test, Swing Check valves are subjected to low pressure hydrostatic closure test at a pressure of 25% of the high pressure closure test The duration of the test is the same as for the high pressure closure test.
